Rooted in the notion of nomadism, the Nomadic Art Gallery, founded in 2020 by Arthur Buerms and Gie, started as a transitional project, based on a mobile gallery, to showcase the New Zealand art scene for the locals. Having completed their prolific itinerary through the country with over two hundred artists involved, Arthur and Gie decided to grant a second life to their project by bringing it to European audiences. Now temporarily based in Leuven, Belgium, featured artists Merijn Verhelst, Oliver Cain, and Amat Gueye reflect on their art, their personal stories, and the value of being part of this project.
